Order questions
Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us within 48 hours. We will cancel and refund the order if it remains within the pre-production window when your request reaches us. Once production begins, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect copies
Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photographs of the book and packaging. This helps us assess the problem and arrange the appropriate remedy without asking you to return a damaged copy unnecessarily.
Delivery enquiries
Tracking is emailed after dispatch wherever a tracked service is available. Carrier scans and delivery updates can vary by destination.
