Each edition is printed especially for your order and sent using a tracked service wherever available. Delivery is charged separately at checkout.

Production before dispatch

Printing and binding normally take 3–5 business days before dispatch. Hardcover production can occasionally require additional time. This production period is separate from delivery transit.

Tracked delivery rates

Your estimated total wait is the production period above plus the transit estimate below. Transit begins only after your order is dispatched.

How to read the estimate

For example, a Malta order normally spends 3–5 business days in production before the 14–17 business-day transit estimate begins. Transit times are estimates rather than guarantees. Weekends, holidays, customs checks and remote-area delivery can add time.

Tracking and address changes

We send a dispatch email with tracking details when your order leaves the printer. Carrier scans can take a short time to appear. Request address corrections within 48 hours of ordering. Once production or dispatch begins, a change might not be possible.

Taxes, customs and delays

Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Unless checkout confirms that import duties are prepaid, the recipient is responsible for duties, brokerage or customs charges collected on arrival.

If the latest delivery estimate has passed by more than seven business days, contact us through our Contact page. We will investigate with the printer and carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution if a parcel is confirmed lost.

Any multi-book delivery offer will be displayed at checkout before payment.
